08/64: The Girl Who Kicked the Hornet's Nest by Stieg Larsson, 3/5 Stars
Slogged through the first third of this book like it was Calculus homework. But, with 31 hours hours of travel on buses, boats, taxis, and airplanes there's plenty of time to slog. Way too much discussion about history and politics. Yawn. Fortunately, once it got back to the story it resumed Larsson's easy to read, on the edge of your seat style.
07/64: The Girl Who Played With Fire by Stieg Larsson, 5/5 Stars
Had a hard time putting this book down once I started! Fortunately, I had plenty of time to bore through it while in Uruguay and on the 31 hour trek back to the States. Good flow. Easy writing style. Much action. Hooray for the entertainment value!
