17/52: Sanibel Flats

17/52: Sanibel Flats by Randy Wayne White, 3/5 Stars

A dear friend sent this book, autographed by the author, after she spent an afternoon conversing with him in a bar in Sanibel. Since I needed a good, quick read after so many business books, I enjoyed the story. I'll plan to pick up the next installment of Doc's endeavors at the bookstore or the library in the near future.

In his inscription, Mr. White told me to "be relentless" (as a writer). I think of that often, especially since my creative flow has been dedicated to work instead of personal projects. So, as soon as I finish writing this review, I'm going to take him up on his words, personally.
